I received all the India medical visit information with a very well planned itinerary, I and my husband were met and greeted by Life Smile representative at the airport on the arrival, we were provided with a cell phone for emergency contacts and the with international call facility to keep in touch with our family and friends, we were transferred from airport in a luxury SUV to our Hotel. After my initial query and receiving all the details, my Bariatric surgeon started answering to my queries and concerns on my Lap Band surgery which made me feel very relaxed and confident. In New Delhi, my guardian angel Life Smile made sure that me and my sister have everything we needed, from all the private car transfers, hospital appointment, comfortable accommodation, medicines, food, well, everything, and always with a big smile. On the day before the surgery I was received by the surgery team at the hospital for consultations, examinations, pre-surgery tests and some "before" photographs.

During my post surgery stay at the hotel, Life Smile arranged for the recommended hourly liquid diet and the juices, Life Smile not only ensured for the medicine supply at my hotel room but also arranged for a doctor who visited me at the hotel room to give me the recommended subcutaneous shots of inject able medicine, i even had time for a one day tour around Delhi- very well organized by Life Smile. I spent 08 days in India and came back home having made new friends over there. Now, December, 2006, a month after surgery, I have lost 21 pounds of weight and i have started to enjoy my new life. The medical health care service that i received in India was outstanding. The health care tour facilitation services provided by Life Smile were far beyond anything that we had a right to expect.
